今天闲逛到麦当娜大姐的博客,看到了她的一篇文章,真是不得不佩服,有个像麦当娜大姐这样名人的老妈,真的是可以让你觉得,Impossible Is Nothing!
My daughter has been begging me to find her a copy of the next Harry Potter book. The only problem...the book is scheduled for release in July! I tried to explain this to her, but she insisted her friends at school told her I could obtain a "manuscript" for her early! Her friends told her that in "The Devil Wears Prada" one of the Miranda Priestly's assistants acquires one for her daughter; therefore, someone who has "MADONNA" for a mom should be able to get one too! Her friends have been asking her this for months! I finally called up my friend J.K. and told her of my dilemma and she said it was impossible to get me a copy. I told one of my assistants I needed a copy and, just like in the movie, I finally have my daughter a copy of the book! Having assistants is amazing!
我的女儿这几天一直缠着要我给她找来下一集哈里波特书的稿件.但是,问题是…这书计划要到七月份才会发行啊! 我试着这样向她解释,但是她坚持说, 她学校的朋友告诉她,我可以提前让她拥有这样的一份”手稿”. 她的朋友说,在《穿Prada的恶魔》电影中，梅莉尔•斯特里普的其中一个助手也为她的女儿拿到了一份手稿; 所以,拥有一个叫”麦当娜”的老妈的人也应该能够得到这样一份手稿. 她的朋友这几个月来一直这样要求她. 我只有给我的朋友 J.K(哈里波特作者) 打电话,告诉她我的为难.但是她也 告诉我,现在拿到这个手稿是不可能的. 我于是对我的一个助手说我要这个手稿,然而就真的像电影里一样,我最后也为我的女儿拿到了这本书的手稿. 有个助理真的很让人惊奇.
真令人羡慕…原来电影中的事情也可以这样真实的发生啊….
